Deb Fenstermacher is a music marketing and artist development executive with more than two decades of experience working across major labels, management companies, and independent artist businesses.
Throughout her career, she has contributed to the growth and development of projects involving artists such as Snow Patrol, Stromae, Steven Tyler, SOFI TUKKER, Crystal Castles and Icona Pop through roles at Interscope Geffen A&M, Red Light Management, Modest! Management, mtheory, and Happy Home Music.
Today, Deb advises artists, managers, and creative founders on audience growth, release strategy, fan development, creator ecosystems, and sustainable career building. Her approach combines strategic clarity with practical execution, helping artists translate vision into momentum while building careers designed to last.
AVRIL GUITY
Marketing & Growth Specialist
Avril Guity is a marketing strategist and artist development specialist with experience spanning project management, audience growth, creator marketing, and digital strategy. A graduate of the NYU Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music, she has held roles across mtheory, The Diversity Org, NVAK Foundation, and Happy Home Music.
Her experience includes campaigns involving Sabrina Carpenter, Tom Odell, SOFI TUKKER, Pheelz, Jo Hill, Oliver Malcolm, Icona Pop, Låpsley, and Annika Rose. Avril specializes in bridging strategy and execution, helping artists build engaged communities, develop creator ecosystems, and translate momentum into long-term growth.
